Use Advanced Filters in Inventory Manager

0:01 Hi. Today we’ll be showing you how to use the advanced filters. Head over to your managed inventory systems, and you should see a button that says Advanced.

0:17 It gives you a list of filters to use, whether you put it by flag, the minimum age, or the maximum age of your inventory.

0:26 You also have a list of different columns to use. For example, if Select Image, it will show the first image of every vehicle on your website.

0:37 This way, you can easily tell which vehicle has a photo, a stock image, or a placeholder. Another filter is the location.

0:49 If your website holds multiple units on different locations, this column will allow you to show you which unit is on which lot.

0:58 In this case, either Tacoma or Concord. One more is the source. Now, depending on your website, you’re either using inventory from a third party data feed, or you are manually uploading a unit onto the website.

1:20 By using Data Source, you’ll be able to see which unit has been uploaded so you can easily manage it and make any changes if necessary.

1:33 There are also countless other filters for you to use, such as the number of doors cutter and and status. Use these filters to sort the inventory for your own needs.

1:50 As always, if there are any questions, please let us know.
