Exploring the Back-end Features Speed DRS Chat


Hello, my name is Scott Ransons and today I’m going to show you some back-end features of our brand new Speed DRS chat video from Pixel Motion.

Let’s begin. Upon logging into the back-end of your website, you’re going to click the Speed DRS Chat video button next to the Manage Inventory and View Leads button at the bottom of the dashboard.

Now this is the main portion of where the messages will actually be showing. However, we need to create one of those messages.

So clicking onto your website, click the Payment Options button and then the questions link in the bottom. By typing in your information which mine will automatically pre-populate because I’ve this before this is rad call me morning is fine, I am not a robot and clicking submit. This has already generated a message in our back end of our website. To view this message we can actually click on the name and it will pull up the chat feature to where you can communicate directly with the consumer on his cell phone.

If you would like some further information about the conversation, you can click the icon of the person and see name, phone number, email if they have entered it, and then the type of vehicle they’re interested in along with a VIN number. And that’s it.
