Use Pricing Overrides

0:01 Hi. Today we’ll be showing you how to add pricing overrides to a unit. Typically, you will change the pricing of a unit by going on to your D M s and making the changes there in which we will receive a data feed of those changes.

0:19 However, there may be a situation where you need to change the pricing as soon as possible. In this case, we do have the feature to allow you to add the pricing override.

0:31 This feature is not enabled by default, and you’ll have to request us to have it enabled for your website. In order to use a pricing override, you go to your inventory and select on a unit.

0:46 In this case, this 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, there is a tab that says the overrides. You click on it and you’ll see the internet price field.

0:57 Now, for the sake of example, let’s just give this a hundred thousand dollars. You press update internet price. You read a message, you press okay, the changes have been saved.

1:12 You click on, all you do is refresh the page, and there you should see your pricing override changes have been made.

1:53 If you want to go back and change the pricing again, I have it deleted. You can click on Remove overrides a moment.

2:07 My browser is acting a little finicky. If you need to change the pricing, you can set it to zero or blank and press update price, or you can click on Remove overrides.

2:20 This will remove the pricing overrides you’ve made.
